What class is like: Our classes start by teaching a few basic calls. The first few weeks new dancers may straggle in and we all help them come up to speed. After that you will learn a few more calls a week until you have learned all the basic calls. The classes consist of new dancers and experienced dancers. Experienced dancers come to classes to help new dancers learn. |

Square Dancing is like the ultimate game of Simon Says. Click Here to see Animated Images that show how to perform each movement. The web site is in Japan but that doesn't matter because square dancing uses English names for the movements (known as "calls") all around the world. There are also CDROMs showing the Movements and you can play, step, rewind and see how each movement/call is done. |
